Some of our animals are not used for breeding or listed for sale at this time, but are part of our fiber herd. Those animals are listed here. The rest of the herd is listed under Crias, Herdsires and Sales List/Foundation Females. Fiber is the reason alpacas exist and we love our fiber-only kids!

Dreamboat Annie DOB 10/19/03
Annie is a sweet, large-boned, light fawn female with ultra-soft fleece. Her sire, Foster's Cerveza, is a dense beige herdsire with many ribbon-winning offspring. Her dam is Thunder Rose, now living at Cynjim Alpacas. Rose gave Annie her size and good disposition. Annie placed third in her light fawn juvenile female class at the Big E in 2004. She also placed third in her class at the New England Coastal Classic that same year. Annie has had two female offspring, Anna (since sold) and Long Tall Sally. This year she delivered a beautiful medium brown male, Stevie Ray, out of our own Samuria.

Foss Mtn Troubadour DOB: 5/16/2009
Troubie is our first appaloosa alpaca! He's white with brown spots which are small enough in some places to make him look beige. He comes from our own Kilblaan Farm Madeline, who is brown, and AAR Orion, who is white. Troubadour has bright, shiny fleece with lots of crimp. He is a real cutie. We love his fleece so much that we are keeping him as part of our fiber herd.

Foss Mtn The Boss DOB: 08/27/04
The Boss-man is a fine example of Peruvian genetics. He is the white son of our own AAR Orion, who won multiple blue ribbons during his show career. The Boss's dam is Caraz, our full-Peruvian Import from Australia, . The Boss has maintained a great histogram over the past few years and is still very fine at 20 microns. The Boss is part of our fiber herd and I just love his yarn, as the luster and softness is very much in evidence.
